When a woman's fed up...

I'm sure many of us can testify to the fact of just simply being fed up with certain things in ya life, right? What is the best remedy for dealing with such an irritable time and place in ya life! I know the first thing that comes to my mind is prayer, because our emotions - if we allow them to - can and definitely will get the best of us! I'm not even sure if the way I'm feeling is accurate or if I am simply overwhelmed right now, but I know one thing for sure, I cannot continue to deal with this emotion without firmly addressing it! Scripture say's...
Phillipians 4:7
"6In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

It's not healthy for anyone to hold negative thoughts or feelings inside carrying those burdens around, they're deadly like cancer! Stress can and will eat away at your life mentally, emotionally and physically also! Well in saying all this, let me go and pray -  so I can release this to the Lord and not take it out on anyone else! This way when I am ready to express it, it will come out in an appropriate manner, while I remain considerate of the other person's feelings as well!

Until next time, God bless ~Tiffany
